SilqueFans is operated by XEKIE LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. References to "SilqueFans," "we," "us," or "our" refer to XEKIE LLC.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or access any content on SilqueFans. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where age misrepresentation is suspected.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
SilqueFans has three rules. All other legal content is permitted.
Everything else that is legal in the United States is the creator's choice. These rules are public, permanent, and will never change based on advertiser pressure or political mood.
Creators are responsible for all content they upload. By uploading content you represent that you have all necessary rights to that content and that the content does not violate applicable law or these terms. Creators must maintain accurate age verification records for all performers appearing in content as required by applicable law.
SilqueFans retains 10% of all subscription and transaction revenue as a platform fee. Creators receive 90% of all revenue generated through their profile. Founding creators who joined during the founding period retain their negotiated rate permanently.
SilqueFans uses a rules-based moderation framework. Content is only removed if it violates one of the three stated rules. Every removal includes documented reasoning referencing the specific rule violated. Every removal is appealable through our documented appeals process. We do not remove content based on advertiser pressure, political criticism, or media pressure.
Creators retain full ownership of all content they upload. By uploading content you grant SilqueFans a limited license to display, transmit, and store that content for the purpose of operating the platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Terminations based on content violations will reference the specific rule violated and are subject to our appeals process. We do not terminate accounts for legal content, political viewpoints, or content that is controversial but does not violate our stated rules.
SilqueFans is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for content posted by creators or users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilqueFans and XEKIE LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Summit County, Ohio.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to users via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
