Content Policy

The three rules
SilqueFans has three rules. All content that does not violate these rules is permitted on the platform, regardless of political viewpoint, religious perspective, or content that others find offensive or controversial.
Rule 01
No content involving minors. Ever. Zero tolerance, zero ambiguity, zero exceptions. This includes sexual content, suggestive content, and any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. A minor is defined as any person under 18 years of age.
Rule 02
Documented consent for all content involving other people. Every person appearing in content must have provided documented consent for that specific content. Creators must maintain records of consent documentation.
Rule 03
No non-consensual content of any kind. This includes non-consensual intimate imagery, content designed to harass specific individuals, doxing, and content created to harm a specific person without their consent.
What is explicitly protected
The following categories of content are explicitly protected on SilqueFans and will not be removed based on their viewpoint or subject matter:
- Statistical claims and data — even if contested or politically uncomfortable
- Religious and moral viewpoints on social issues
- Political opinions across the full spectrum — left, right, and heterodox
- Criticism of governments, institutions, corporations, and public figures
- Heterodox scientific and medical perspectives
- Satire and parody
- Historical documentation including coverage of atrocities
- Firearms content — reviews, instruction, lifestyle
- Adult content — subject to age verification requirements
- Fetish and kink content that does not violate the three rules
- Content that mainstream platforms have restricted for political or advertiser reasons
Content tiers
Content on SilqueFans is organized into four tiers based on the level of explicit content.

Moderation process
Content moderation on SilqueFans is rules-based, not discretionary. Our moderation process:
- Community reports feed a review queue
- The reviewer's only question: does this content meet one of the three stated bright line criteria?
- If the answer is not clearly yes — content stays up
- Every removal includes documented reasoning referencing the specific rule violated
- Every removal is appealable with a second-reviewer process
- No removal based on media pressure, advertiser pressure, or political criticism
Appeals process
If your content is removed you will receive a notification that includes the specific rule cited as the basis for removal. You may submit an appeal through your account dashboard. Appeals are reviewed by a second reviewer who was not involved in the original decision. You will receive a written response to your appeal within 5 business days.
Enforcement philosophy
SilqueFans does not remove content because it is controversial, offensive, or politically inconvenient. We remove content only when it clearly violates one of the three stated rules. The burden is on us to demonstrate a clear rule violation — not on you to prove your content is acceptable.
