When you create an account we collect your email address, username, and password (stored as a secure hash). When you complete your profile you may optionally provide a display name, bio, and social links. We collect transaction data when payments are processed. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information.
Age verification for creators accessing Tier 3 and Tier 4 content features is handled by third-party KYC providers. These providers collect and retain identity documents. SilqueFans receives only a verified age confirmation token — we do not store copies of identity documents on our servers.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: our hosting provider (Netlify), our database provider (Supabase), our payment processors, and our email service provider. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Transaction records may be retained longer as required by law.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and export your data. To exercise these rights contact us at privacy@silquefans.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — this data is anonymized.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and row-level database security. No security system is perfect — if you discover a security vulnerability please contact us at security@silquefans.com.
SilqueFans is strictly for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover an account belongs to a minor it will be immediately terminated.
We will notify users of material changes to this policy via email before they take effect.
